Welcome!
Slow Food Hudson Valley, founded in June of 2002, is one of 850 chapter worldwide which serves as a regional resource that promotes good, clean and fair food. In celebrating the bounty of our local, sustainable foodshed, we strive to educate our community about food production and consumption, as well as create direct links between consumers, farmers and food producers. One of our primary goals is to create community around delicious, nutritious, and regenerative food systems and to this end we organize farm visits, potlucks, dinners, events and more.
Please join us on our delicious journey to discover ecological, political, economical, local and sensual gastronomy.
Don't forget to join our mailing list to stay up to date with news and events.
