Chef Schneller will demonstrate the different ways of butchering based on the cuts shareholders want. This will be a fun and informative event!

Chef Schneller has over 30 years of experience in the world of butchering as well as being a chef, educator and author of a book on the topic of meat.Chef Schneller is generous and passionate about sharing his knowledge about meat with others. Copies of his book will be available for purchase.
