Slow Food Hudson Valley and More Good Present:

Let’s Talk (Slow) Food—The Importance of Preserving Food Through Stories

Tuesday, October 17th from 6-8 at More Good, 383 Main Street, Beacon, NY

Remember when you were a kid– you’d bite into a summer peach and the juice would run down your face and through your fingers? Bring those stories and come find out from our
distinguished panel how Slow Food through the Ark of Taste is working to keep those peaches and other foods safe from extinction, so summers will always be about juicy peaches.

More Good will be pouring teas, signature lattes, shaken iced teas and of course flavored
seltzers at a cash bar.

Admission is free.
Suggested donation of $10 to benefit SFHV
RSVP to: rvergili@earthlink.net
