Let’s cook and eat together!
So many of us are in so much of a hurry that we have forgotten, or worse, never known, how wonderful cooking and eating can be. We crave not only nutrition, but also nourishment from our eating experiences, but we have lost the ability to find them. In this light-hearted fun evening, we will build and enjoy community through cooking and eating together, as well as highlighting our local food systems by featuring the products of local farms.
(subject to availability)

- Seared Duck Breast with Black Currant Sauce
